ADA L. LOOKER Mrs. Ada L. Looker died at her home near Sackets Harbor Monday April 6th at 1:40 p.m. after a two weeks illness of influenza and pneumonia, aged 33 years and 11 months. She was a very great though patient sufferer during her illness... She was born in the town of Redfield May 25th, 1891, the daughter of Elsworth and Wynona Yerdon. She was married at Redfield about 17 years ago to Ray Looker of that place, who survives her. Most of her early life was spent in that vicinity, moving to Sackets Harbor about three years ago... She leaves to mourn her loss three children, Ora R., Sylvia M. and Edward L. Looker, besides her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elsworth Yerdon, and one sister, Mrs. Ina Stinson. The funeral was held from the home of Edward L. Clark Wednesday April 8... Rev. Miles Hutchinson of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church of Sackets Harbor officiating. Burial was made at Sandy Creek.
