  Abram G. "Abe" Swauger, 69, Friedens RD 2 (Adams) died June 22, 1996, at home.  Born June 17, 1927, in Cumberland, Md.  Son of Albert and Hazel (Gordon) Swauger.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, former Freda Steinly, and brother, Charles.  Survived by these children: Gary Bowers and Patricia Swauger, both of Pittsburgh; Kay, married to Timothy Klonicki, Friedens, and George Swauger and fiancee, Virginia Marley, Vineland, N.J.; grandchildren: Sesame Klonicki and fiance [sic], Chad Purbaugh; Micki Joe and Timothy Klonicki.  Brother of Leona Laughner, Texas; Mary Kraus, Maryland, and George W. Swauger, New Jersey.  Attended Victory Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, Friedens.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Deaner Funeral  Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. James R. Ling.  Interment, Greenville Cemetery.
