    John Nostrand and Geo. Tappen inventoried the goods, chattels, and credits of Abm. Snedeker, late of Tappen Town, Town of O. B. Among the things were his “bagnut and cartou box” (bayonet and cartridge-box).
    Abram was one of Capt. Layton’s Co., who were at the battle of L. I.
