- 23 Nov. 1763. 12 April, 1764.
- Wife Lucy to have use of 200 acres of land. Son William Cannon Childres to have all goods he took from me when he ran away from me, also 1 shilling. Son Abraham to have two books - Bailey's Dictionary and my house Bible. Daughters, Ionia (?) Taylor, Tabitha Dawson, Lucretia Tucker, Elizabeth Thomason, each to receive one shilling. Daughter Mary Ann Carter, one red leather trunk. Sam Creed's children to have tract of land where I now live, a 300 acre tract, a tract of 533 acres and five negroes. Grandson David Pryor, a gun and anvil bench. Mr. John Nicholas to have twenty pounds of curr. and to act as executor.
