Abner Everitt Jr. inherited 100 acres in lot 24 concession 1 West Flamborough Township Wentworth County Ontario from his grandfather, Abner Everitt Sr. He would have taken possession of this land in 1849 when he turned 16 according to the will.(S1) He must have sold that property because in 1875 William Bennett is on it. (S2)

In 1875 Abner Everitt is shown on the west half of lot 2 concession 4 on both sides of Dundas Street in East Flamborough Township. (S3)
