    Died -- In this town, on the 16th instant, in the 68th year of her age, Mrs. Agigail Sias, widow of the late Hon. Benjamin Sias, after a distressing illnesses of ten weeks, which she endured with christian patience and resignation to the will of God, and adieu to this world in full hope of eternal felicity in the world to come. In her life she was an ornament to the christian religion, and in her death a livelly witness of the triumphant victories of the cross of Christ.

    State of Vermont, Caledonia County, ss.
    Whereas at a County Court holden at Danville, within and for Caledonia County, on the last Monday of June A.D. 1807, Agigail Sias of said Danville, had pending in said court, her action against John Sias, in which the Plaintiff demands of the Defendant six hundred dollars for money had and received - and as it does not appear to the Court here, that the Defendant has notice of the pendency of said suit - it is ordered that this action be continued to the next term of the Court to sit at Danville aforesaid, at the first Monday of January next; and that the Plaintiff cause to be published in the North Star, printed at Danville, aforesaid, the substance of her declaration, together with this order of Court thereon, three weeks successively, the last of which publications to be at least six weeks previous to the next term of this Court; that the Defendant if he see cause may appear and defend said suit.
