Recent Deaths-- Aaron Sias, aged 81, a Civil War veteran and hostler, died today at the home of his son, Frank Sias, 424 Chatham street, after a brief illness.
He was born in Berwick, Me., and came to Lynn some six [should read sixty] years ago. For many years he worked as a hostler for the Coolidge Ice Co. retiring ten years ago. During the Civil war he served as an ambulance driver in the 10th New Hampshire Ambulance corps.
He leaves, besides the son with whom he resided, a granddaughter, Ruth L. Sias of Lynn.

Aaron Sias, of 424 Chatham street, died this morning at his home following an illness due to hardening of the arteries. He was born in Berwick, Me., 81 years ago and had been a resident of Glenmere section of Lynn for more than 60 years. He is survived by a son, A. Frank Sias, and a grand daughter, both of this city. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at his late residence. Burial will take place in Pine Grove cemetery.
