"93. Aaron (Hosford)5 (Daniel [42], Obadiah,3 John,2 William1) … was born at Hebron, Conn., June 24, 1745 and died at Wethersfield, Conn., Apr. 7, 1804, 'in 57th yr,' by Rocky Hill record. …

Aaron was a physician and is said to have had collegiate training [there is no corroborating record in Colonial Collegians]; he studied medicine with Dr. Isaac Hull [error for Hall] of Meriden, Conn., whose daughter he married. He was at Marlboro and in 1774 at Wethersfield. He was the first resident physician at Rocky Hill and is said to have practiced thirty years at Stepney, Conn.
