1. 7; Dept of Donnorsberg, in the Kreis of Alzey, Mayors office of Kreigsfeld - Extract - From the parish record of the Reformed Parish of Kriegsfeld, deposited at the office of the Mayor - of the year 1792; Birth 28 June 1792 between 2 and 3 o'clock in the evening; Baptism: 1st July 1792; Child's name: Georg Daniel; Parents: Johann Frederick Meitzler & Anna Margaritha; Witness: Georg Daniel Meitzler; Extracted at Kriegsfeld 10 April 1815; Identical Extract, signed by the Mayor, Kunz Paragraph according to the law signed by me, the bridegroom, as well as by the Mayor and Civil Registrar of the Community of Kriegsfeld. Kriegsfeld 16 April 1815 Georg Daniel Meitzler (his signature) Kunz (his signature) Note: the bridegroom listed above is the same person as the child who was born 28 June 1792. He just happened to be getting married the same day that this Civil Registration of his birth was also made. I imagine that the Mayor decided to get both documents done at the same time.
