Fr Peter Griffiths SJ of Stonyhurst College (Jesuit School) Hurst Green, Lancashire, England, kindly searched records and answered my request for information on which year Dorothy Murtagh died, and where she is buried, as follows:

"I can now inform you that, according to our records, Dorothy Murtagh died on the 4th February, 1999 and is recorded as dying in Chorleywood, at the age of 88, and was buried here in St Joseph's Cemetery, Hurst Green, on 15th February 1999, interred with Catherine & Neill. The Minister on this occasion was Fr Edmund Willoughby SJ."

This enabled me to easily find the grave of Neil, Dorothy, and their daughter Catherine who was the first to die.
