The following procedings were exhibited from Prince Georges County by Peter Dent, Gent., Deputy Commissioner there, Viz: The Account of Susannah Mobberley alias Bolton Admtx. of all and singular the Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of estate of John Mobberley late of Prince Georges County decd.- And humbly craves allowance of the following [__?] payments and disbursements made out of the said estate Index 1 Account 1729/31 Lib 11, fol 7 Payments & Disbursements 2/09/9 Ballance now due /5/12 _______ Former Ballance 8/01/09 Commissary Gen [edit] Notes from Con MobleyAdministrative Account, 1729 Index 1, 1729/31, Lib.10 f.97 The Account of Susannah Mobberley Alias Bolton Admtx. of all and singular the Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of estate of John Mobberley late of Prince Georges County decd.- Thos Accountant charges herself with an inventory of the Goods and Chattells of the decd. specified in an inventory exhibited into the Prerogative Office there recorded and dated amounting to 7/8/5 And the crop of tobacco on the plantation of the decd. amounting 5/0/0 to 1000 @ 10p per Lb. ______ 12/8/5 And humbly craves allowance of the following payments and disbursements made out of the said estate Allowed the Adm, for funerall charges as approved 3/1/8 Paid the Depty. Commsr. for granting letters of administration 150 lb tob.@ 10p 0/5/0 Paid the Depty.Commsr. for pssing the account 150 lb tob. @ ditto 0/5/0 Paid the Depty.Commsr. for stating this Account 0/3/0 30 lb.tob. @ ditto To my commission for paying 1/3/0 @ 10pcent 0/2/0 Payments @ Disbursements 4/6/8 Ballance 8/1/9 The whole amount 12/8/5 The heirs are four sons, Viz: John, James, Edward, Jr. & Thomas Mobberley, all married November 28, 1726 Then came Susanna Mobberley Alias Bolton and made Oath on the Holy Avangels of Almighty God that the above account is just and true and after due examination is passed by Pet Dent Depty Commsr of Prince Georges County Index 1, 1729, Lib. 14,f.290 Then came Susanna Boulton Admtx. of the Estate of John Mobberley late of Prince Geo. County deceased made Oath on the Holy Evangels that the within is a true and perfect inventory of all Singular ye Goods & Chattells of the aforesaid John Mobberley decd. that she knows of no concealment of any part or parcel thereof by any person whatsoever nor suspects any concealment she will acquaint the County Generall for the time being or his deputy with such discovery or cause of suspicion that it may be inquired into & she will well and truly give an account of all & every part and parcel of the Decs. personall estate that shalll hereafter come to her hands possession or knowledge & that she gave due notice to the creditors & relations wherefore to ____ without any objections against the same Sworn before Pet(er) Dent d.Commsr of P. Pottenger Index 1, Account 1729/31, Lib 11, f.7 The additional account of Henry Bolton of Prince Georges County who intermarried with Susannah the Relict @ Admtx. of John Mobberly late of the aforesaid county decd. This Accountant charges himself with the Ballance of an Account past by the aforesaid Susannah 18th Nov. 1729 Exhibited into the Prerogative Office and there recorded amounting to- 8/01/09 And he humbly craves allowance of his following payments @ disbursements, Viz: Of cash due from the Decd. to Doctr Richard Pile as per| account proved for 19/6 Sterl. to be paid to the Accountant as per Receipt @ his note for ye same given appears in currency | /11/6 Of tobacco due to ye Honbl. Henry Calvert Esq. for Commissary Generals Fees @ paid by this accountant /16/9 to the executrix as {?} particulars of sheriffs receipts appears 160 lbs tobacco @ 10pct as appraised Of cash paid for drawing and stating this account /02/6 Of Commission on payments of 2/5/3 of the above| /04/6 sums at 10 pcent _________ Payments @ Disbursements 2/09/9 Ballance now due /5/12 _______ Former balance 8/01/09 21st May 1731 Came Henry Bolton the aforegoing Accountant & made Oath on the Holy Evangels that ye aforegoing Account as it there stnds stated is just & true which thereupon after due examination is past by Ch.
