Beginning a a Bounded red Oak standing at the head of a small branch on the East side thereof that runs into Hawlings river a draught of Patugent [sic] river and running thence S21W 40 pehs
then S40E 60 pehs
then S60W 60 pehs
then N50W 20 pehs
then N20W 80 pehs
then N60E 67 pehs
then by a straight line to the beginning
for 40 acres of land to be held at Calverton Manor

then South forty degrees East Sixty Perches
then South Sixty degrees West Sixty Perches
then North fifty Degrees West Twenty Perches

then by a Streight Line to the Beginning Tree
