4 children, including Edith and Harry Egolf
In 1918, William Frank was 5 or 6, Edith Egolf was 6 or 7, Harry Egolf was 4 or 5, and Herbert Egolf was born in June 1917. Edith Egolf identified two children as herself and her brother Harry. So I suspect William Frank is not in the picture, perhaps because he's not related--but perhaps he's the person next to Edith, and the two smaller children are her brothers Harry and Herbert?
