Stowe in Devon [20 November 2014]

I have figured out that "of Stowe, Cornwall" refers to Stowe House which was in Kilkhampton, Cornwall. Kilkhampton is very close to the Devon border which is and was the River Tamar most of the time. But a number of the parishes in this neck of the woods were moved from Cornwall to Devon and back again. Stowe in Devon may very well be Stowe House in Kilkhampton.

Sources would have been awfully useful in figuring out this family.
