I have found a marriage record for this Richard Jackson and an Elizabeth MARSH on the same date 12 May 1662 as your Elizabeth Key. This Elizabeth MARSH was married previously to Richard Browne who died between Aug 1659 and Mar 1661/62 when his will was proved. Elizabeth, wife of Richard Jackson died at Cambridge, Mass 11 Jan 1676/7 leaving a will.

I thought perhaps that Elizabeth Key might have been a first wife for Richard but that could not be according to the marriage date. Are you sure of your info about Elizabeth Key?? I hesitate to change it without contacting you. The source for my Elizabeth Marsh is "New England Marriages Prior to 1700" at ancestry.com --janiejac 20:06, 29 January 2014 (UTC).
