Family talk:Nicholas Street and Unknown (1)

Junk Genealogy [23 April 2012]

The sources added to this page are intended to show that there is virtually nothing known about the wives of Rev. Nathaniel Street. Indeed there is confusion even whether he had 2 or 3. In any event, the identification of one wife as Ann Poole is certainly called into question, and the information on her page giving a death in 1683, i.e., surviving Nathaniel, is contradicted by every source on this page as they all agree on at least two wives, and she is the first, her death must have preceded his. Not to mention a birth 13 years before him? Really? --Jrich 23:08, 23 April 2012 (EDT)

With the additional information provided by Daniel Maxwell, it appears safe to say that Rev. Street's first wife was not Ann Poole/Pole. See also the person page for Ann Poole. Since the Ann Poole in question did exist, I'm just removing the link from her to Rev. Street. By the way, even if she were his wife, they would not have married at New Haven in 1628 and she would not have died at Taunton in 1683 (although she could have died there in 1660).--jaques1724 13:29, 5 June 2012 (EDT)
