Stone Edge [9 August 2020]

After considerable searching in various sources, I have not found any reference to the place named Stone Edge in Lancashire. If it is the name of a manor or a farm, then the name of the township or parish in which it is located should be given. Sources (complete with full quotations) should be given for events that took place so many centuries ago.

There was a place named Stone Edge near Ashover in Derbyshire, but that is a considerable way from Lancashire which seems to be more prominent in these notes.

You provide two marriage dates for this couple: one is before her birthdate.

Salley Abbey is "Sawley Abbey" (Wikipedia gives both names) which is recognizable as an ancient place in the parish of Sawley (near Clitheroe), now in the Borough of Ribble Valley, not that far from Colne.
