Family talk:Jonathan Fairchild and Hannah Beardsley (1)

I don't see the birth record for child Josiah in Newtown Vital Records, nor Zadoc[k] which has been listed as having taken place in Fairfield, Fairfield Co., CT. Also the marriage of Catherine Fairchild to Ebenezer Hawley.

I have a theory that perhaps Zadock was a child of Catherine Fairchild at age 16, due in part that Hannah (Beardsley)(Bacon) Fairchild would have been about age 45 at Zadock's birth & his birth location. Also, Zadock named one of his sons, Ebenezer Hawley Fairchild. Ebenezer Hawley married Catherine Fairchild in 1764. Needs concrete proof, perhaps wills for Zadock, Ebenezer Hawley & wife, Catherine.--Neal Gardner 09:57, 16 April 2010 (EDT)
