Another child of Mellie Shuff & Elkana Blickenstaff was Lloyd Snavely Blickenstaff. Lloyd was born 10/11/1901 in MD & died 9/30/1947 in Jefferson Co, Kentucky. He was married to Edna Rutherford. He was an attorney who moved to Kentucky in 1928 and practiced law there until his death. You can see his death certificate on Ancestry.com Kentucky Death Records 1853-1953, and his obituary is the Hagerstown Daily Mail, 10/1/1947 edition. (No children are mentioned in the obit)

Horace "Ronald" Blickenstaff (b 10/22/1913 d 12/12/1990 in Williamsport, MD). Known as "H Ronald Blickenstaff" for most of his life, he married Mary Catherine Elliott c 1939 (I don't know the exact date of their marriage yet, but Mary Catherine is referred to as an "Elliott" in several 1939 news articles, and is a "Blickenstaff" in articles starting in 1940.) Mary Catherine had been married before to Joseph Clinton Roulette (they married 11/12/1932 - see Hagerstown Daily Mail 1/21/1933, p2) and on 8/24/1933 had their only daughter Joanne Mary Roulette. After Ronald & Mary Catherine married, they raised Joanne. Joanne later married Willard F Slifer on 4/2/1955. Joanne died Jun 1981. Mary Catherine Blickenstaff died 5/23/1962 (her obit is in the Hagerstown Daily Mail, 5/24/1962 edition).

Harold E Blickenstaff was born c 1904 in Boonsboro, Washington Co, MD. From 1927 to his death in 1962 he was an attorney for the Fidelity & Guarantee Co in Baltimore. He was married to Mildred Smith. He died at his home in Baltimore on 9/29/1962. His obit can be found in the Hagerstown, MD Morning Herald, 10/1/1962 edition. (No surviving children are mentioned in his obit)
