From Ashley Papineau and Paula Russell (2): Problems with remarriage [4 June 2018]

Hi, Janet,

Would you mind if I combined the the marriages for this couple onto one page? I know WeRelate has no option for remarriage on it's Family page, but creating two Family pages results duplicate pages. The only way around I've found so far is to enter the remarriage on the original Family page under Other and then add Remarriage in the description box. Not ideal, but keeps all information about the relationship on one page and avoids duplicate pages. Gayel --GayelKnott 14:14, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

Sure - I didn't think of identifying it as a remarriage. It was originally identified as an alternate marriage date, which is misleading. Thanks - Janet --DataAnalyst 15:20, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

Remarriages show up every once in awhile. Just wish there was a better way to deal with them.
