This last will and Testament of William Smith of Charles Towne the 15 of the 2 mo. 1647. I William Smith tho sick in body yet whole in mynd do by this? bequeath unto my beloved wife Anne Smith my house which I ??? of Samuel Carter to be??? while she lives to dwell in or too ? to her occasions but not to sell it or to otherwise dispose of it to ??? from my son Nathaniell to whom I give it after his mothers decease.
And my will is that my son Nathaniell shall ? of it and in consideration of it should ? for shall after it comes to be his when his mother is deceased then he to pay to his sister Hanna a 4 part of with? her house mony ? then judged? ?:
Then I bequeath to my wife 2 yearling heifers of ? ? I now in ? movables ? to be hers ? my will is yt if they do live and ? then my will is that she dose set apart for my son Nathaniell and my daughter Hanna's oath a bond that may come out of them > to their for to be brought > and delivered to them at there age at my wifes decease or at their year his of 21 yrs and her at 18 yrs or at her day? of marriag with the ? thereof
Then I bequeath to my wife all my household ? and wolen linen, movables?, and the hole and ? all my apparel also her two swine?
