Children

Anderson provides a list of nine children: John 1635, Anna/Hannah 1637/8, Joshua 1640, Susanna 1641/2, Nathaniel abt 1644, Sarah say 1646, Mary 1648, Rebecca 1657, and Elizabeth 1658. He states that "Bond gives William a son William 'mentioned in his father's will,' and is followed in this by Savage. Bond must have misread the will, which refers to 'William the son of my son John Barsham.' Joshua apparently never married, and Nathaniel had no children, so the only grandson with the Barsham surname was this William, son of John."S1
In William Barsham's will (and codicil), he names nine children: son John, son Joshuah, son Nathaniall, daughter Hanna Spring, daughter Susanna Capen, daughter Sarah Browne, daughter Mara Bright, daughter Rebecka Winship, daughter Elizabeth Barsham.S1
