Phoenix Register, Central Square Citizen & Brewerton Outlet, Mexico Independent, Parish Mirror, 4 Sep 1961: BARCLAYS WED 30 YEARS Mr. and Mrs. William D. Barclay, Vienna, observed their 30th wedding anniversary with a dinner party on Saturday. Mr. Barclay, originally from Kentucky, and the former Neva Mae Collins of Vienna, were married at the home of the bride in Vienna on September 9, 1931 by the Rev. C.W. Bachelor. The Barclays have one daughter, Miss Virginia Barclay, MED, who is assistant professor of secretarial science at Emmanuel Mary College, Berrien Springs, Mich. Mr. Barclay is completing his second term as highway superintendent for the Town of Vienna and is seeking re-election. Mrs. has worked at Rome Manufacturing since 1947. They have lived in this area since their marriage.
