Marriage

On 20 Oct 1829 Wilie Dugger obtained a marriage bond in Sumner Co., TN to marry Cynthia Stanly. Flood Dugger was bondsman. They presumably married that day or soon afterwards.

Children

No children have been positively identified for them. John Dugger (c1835) was living with Flood Dugger in 1850. He is probably a child of Wilie and Cynthia, though that isn't proven.
