WEALTHY OSWEGO MAN WED SYRACUSE GIRL--Walter Lyman Bonsteel Gets a License for Marriage to Margaret Mae Russell.

 Walter Lyman Monsteel, son of Horace Bonsteel, a wealthy oil man of Oswego, and Margaret Mae Russell, daughter of Charles F. Russell of No. 423 West Oarrander avenue took out a marriage license at the city clerk's office today.  Miss Russell is 25 years of age.  Mr. Bonsteel gave his age as 26. His occupation as a traveling salesman and stated that his first wife was dead.
 The groom-elect up to a few months ago was employed as a locomotive fireman on the N.W.& O railroad.  He spends much of his time in this city.
