Was Robert a member of this family?

The 1577 will of Edmond Davis strongly suggests that Edmond, James, John, and Mrs. John Seffard were siblings. However, Edmond didn't mention Robert or his descendants. It is possible that Robert was older and his family more established and thus, Edmond did not feel the need to leave them anything. Or it is possible that Robert was a cousin rather than a brother.

The 1577 will of Edmond Davis of Acton Turville ties together Edmond, James, John, and a sister who married John Seffard, as the will mentions them and/or their children. However, the will doesn't appear to mention any children or grandchildren of Robert Davis.
