Thomas3 Whittemore (Daniel2, Thomas1), born in Malden, Mass., 5 Mar 1667, died before 1741. He married in Salem, Mass., 10 Jul 1700, Hannah Macmallin, died after 1735, daughter of Alastair Mackmillon.
Whittemore lists seven children of Thomas & Hannah (Samuel, Joseph, Elizabeth, James, Thomas, Daniel, and Sarah). He notes "It may be that not all the following were Thomas' children, for the only one of whom we have proof is Daniel (vi), yet we are reasonably sure of the others, due to the process of elimination. We both suspect strongly that Thomas had an earlier marriage in Malden which produced Samuel (i), but we cannot prove it
