    and 12 Jun 1901, p. 7, under SMITH-TAYLOR:
"At the home of the bride's parents, 247 Macon street, on Monday, Miss Frances Aechternacht Taylor and Thomas Brown Smith, jr., were united in marriage. The ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. W. A. Wasson of St. George's Church, was a simple but impressive one and was witnessed by only near relatives and friends of the contracting parties. The bride was attended by Miss Emma Loyd as maid of honor, who was gowned in white and carried pink sweet peas. The bride's dress was of mousseline de soie, with lace and point appliaque, while she carried white roses and lilies of the valley. The best man was Robert B. Smith, a brother of the groom. The bride is well known in the Bedford section and the groom is the junior member of a well known coffee firm in Manhattan. Immediately after the ceremony, the young couple departed on their wedding journey, which will include a visit to Boston and a trip through Maine."
