Lewis ELLZEY had only two sons: William by his first wife Elizabeth TRAVERS and Thomasin by his second wife Mary. Thomasin never married or had any direct descendants. William had two sons Lewis and William. Janet
I am reading Volume V "Fairfax County Virginia Gravestones" Pohick Cemetery, and do not see any Ellzey burials. The Pohick cemetery is one of the oldest in Fairfax - the church being established 1732. The Civil war all but destroyed the cemetery and records, so just curious if Lewis Ellzey and wife/ wives are buried here without a headstone. Can anyone offer further on this. Anne
