Sworn to that Stephen was 24 or more years old and Eliza was 18 or more years old, and that neither has a living spouse, and that Stephen and Eliza are not nearer related than first cousins. Cannot decipher name of the Probate Judge who issued the license. The two were married the same day by J. H. Hamilton, Minister of the Gospel.
