Solomon Phips Junr. & Hannah Pickard, m. by Maj. Denison, Nov. 13, 1667.
Many sources confuse Hannah with her sister Rebecca because no birth is found for Hannah and Rebecca seems to be the only daughter old enough to marry in 1667. Further, there is a recorded birth of a Hannah in 1670 who could clearly not be the wife of Solomon Phipps. But Rebecca married James Dickinson, and the second Hannah was born after this one died, so there is no conflict. Solomon Phipps is called the son of John Pickard in John's 1683 will and his wife is named as Hannah Pickard in the marriage record, and as Hannah in the birth record of their son, and in her death record soon after.
