NASH — SCHUBERT

On Saturday, 17th June, at the Lansdowne Church of England, Rev. J. S. Bullough joined in matrimony Miss Nellie Grace Schubert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schubert, to Mr. Sydney Samuel Nash, also of Lansdowne. The church was crowded with friends.

The bride was charmingly attired in white bridal satin with a long train and carried a bouquet of white jug lilies. The bridesmaids; Misses Joan and Alma Schubert, sisters of the bride, wore long dresses of blue georgette, with veils and carried bouquets of pink roses. Mr. A. Schubert, junior, was best man and Mr. F. Christensen was the groomsman. Afterwards a reception was held in the Lansdowne hall, there being an attendance of about 100. The customary toasts were honored, and the happy couple afterwards left by car to tour the North Coast. On Thursday, 15th June, Miss Schubert was tendered a kitchen tea at the hall, when she was the recipient of many useful gifts.
