Family:Samuel Priest and Jane Padgett (1)

The list of children in this family might or might not be correct. In particular, based on later census records, the youngest 5 children are born closely together, some in different states, when Jane was in her 40s (unless Jane's birth year is incorrect). This seems unlikely. Menan, Hiram and Solomon were all living in district 8, Lawrence, Alabama in the 1850 census (Hiram and Menan on the same census page), and thus may very well be brothers or cousins, but they might not be part of this family.
