Research Notes

  • Possible maiden name for Sarah = Robblee - needs proof.
  • There was a "Joseph Reed Hall" who married a "Susan Robblee" 6 Feb 1834 in Nova Scotia and I think that folks might be getting these two marriages confused. Is there any evidence to show that Samuel Read Hall went to Nova Scotia?--Cos1776 01:48, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
  • Another possible maiden name for Sarah = Descomb/Dascomb, which was the middle name of her daughter and the maiden name of Samuel's first wife!
  • Sarah died 10 days after the birth of daughter Mary.
