, p. 172, says Samuel and Elizabeth had 3 children, Elisha Tileson, Elizabeth Boaz, Samuel; "who all d. young". Ironically, he named the 3, out of the 6 total children, that appear to have survived.

, who one might have hoped would have had better access to the town records, says on p. 532 that Samuel and Elizabeth "had three children, who died young" without mentioning that three others survived.
