BE IT REMEMBERED that on the twenty fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five Samuel Brittan and Juliett A (?) Banning of the County of Summit were legally joined in marriage by competent authority, in conformity, to the provisions of the statutes of the State of Ohio, in such cases made and provided; and a certificate of such marriage, signed by Isaac Welton Justice of Peace who solemnized the same has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court of common pleas, for said County of Summit, this thirtieth day of July Anno domini one thousand eight hundred and forty five.
