Freeman-Board Wedding May 22 

    Rudolph Freeman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Freeman of this city, and Miss Mary Elizabeth Board, daughter of Mrs. David Board of Arcata were married in Eureka Thursday, May 27, at 11:30 a.m.  The wedding came as a surprise to the many friends of the couple in this vicinity.
    The groom is a graduate of the Humboldt State Teachers College and has for the past year held the principalship of the three teacher school at Crannell, where he will reside with his bride upon their return from Siskiyou county where they are spending their honeymoon.  The bride is a graduate of the Arcata Union High School and has been employed in Arcata for some time past.[Board.FBC.FBK.FTW]
