Roger's obituary reads, "ROGER A. OBERLEY, 48, of Bloomington, formerly of New Haven and Zulu, died Wednesday at Bloomington Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, he had lived in Bloomington since 1995 and was owner and operator of Auto Pro Inc. automobile dealership in Bloomington for the last 1 1/2 years. He previously worked at Shaver Ford in New Haven for five years and at B. F. Goodrich in Woodburn from 1970 to 1990. Surviving are his wife, Peggy J.; his parents, Harold A. and Mary Ellen Oberley of Monroeville; two sons, Sean A. and Joel L., both of Bloomington; two brothers, Ronald G. and Ricky L., both of New Haven; a sister, Rita M. Hakes of Monroeville; and a grandchild. Prayer service at 10:20 a.m. Monday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel, 111 S. Water St., Monroeville, followed at 11 a.m. by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church, 15535 E. Lincoln Highway, New Haven. Calling at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, with rosary recital at 8 p.m. Burial in the church cemetery. Memorials to Masses or Bloomington Hospice Care."
