Idell's obituary reads, "Funeral services for Mrs. Idell I. Bermes will be at 9 a.m. Friday at D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home and at 9:30 at St. Jude's Catholic Church. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven. Mrs. Bermes died at 8:30 a.m. yesterday at her home, 2531 Clara Ave., where she had been in ill health for nine months. Born in Allen County, she had lived here all her life. She was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. Surviving are the husband, Robert J.; a son...a daughter...; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Ternet, Fort Wayne; three brothers, Merlin, Fort Wayne, Clifford, Avilla, Paul, Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Francis Messman, Hicksville, Ohio; and the grandmother, Mrs. Myrtle Falls, Wolcottville.
