Robert Rogers & Johannah his wife during their natural lives & then to the 3 daughters of Robert Rogers & Joannah his wife viz: Mary the wife of William Clarke, Lydia Rogers, & Elizabeth Rogers. Witnesses: H. Marchant and Wm Channing. [Richmond Land 3:199-200]
    -31 Dec 1794 Robert Rogers, Mary Clarke & Elisabeth Rogers all of Richmond, yeoman, to Peleg Mumford & Lydia his wife of Richmond, yeoman. Witnesses: J. M. Shelden and Benjamin Clarke. [Richmond Land 4:323-324]
    -28 Aug 1797 Mary Clarke & Elisabeth Rogers both of Richmond, spinster, to Peleg Mumford & Lydia his wife. Being part of land given by James Rogers late of Richmond deceased by his last will to his son Robert Rogers & his male heir; upon failure to decend to Harper Rogers son of James. Went to Court April 1778 (in South Kingstown) and as a consequence said land became property of the 3 daughters of Robert: Mary, Lydia and Elizabeth -- Robert to get it for his lifetime.

    -28 Mar 1804 Mary Clarke widow of William Clarke deceased and the heirs of said deceased: Peleg Mumford & Lydia his wife and Elizabeth Rogers who for $12 give up their right of dower.
