Orville and Helen had one daughter and two sons. Orville was 83 years old when he died. Bud's obituary reads, "ORVILLE C. "BUD" DAGER, 83, of New Haven died yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital. The Monroeville native retired in 1978 from farming after 40 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven. Surviving are his wife, Helen H.; a daughter, Delores M. Wiederholt of Fort Wayne; sons, Robert A. of Kirksville, Mo., and Ronald F. of New Haven; sisters, Marguerite Stephenson and Lucille O'Shaughnessey, both of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services are 11 a.m. Thursday in the church, with burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in E. Harper & Sons Funeral Home, New Haven, and 10:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the church. Preferred memorials are gifts to Masses or the church." The Napoleon Ohio, native, was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Haven. Survivors include her sons, Robert A. of Kirksville, Mo., Ronald F. of New Haven; daughter, Delores (Dorry) M. Wiederholt of Fort Wayne; sisters, Coral B. Ferry of Barrington, Ill., Dorothy M. O'Brien of Fort Wayne, Alice M. Millet of Metarie, La.; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one foster grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville C. Dager, who died in 1993; sister, Mary Stauffer; brother, Franklin Swick; and one foster grandson. Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church; 943 Powers St., New Haven. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 Indiana Hwy, 930 E., New Haven.
