  3. Source:History of the Town of Hingham, Massachusetts, Vol. 3, p. 134, says this family had nineteen children, but only lists the two baptized in Hingham. All 19 children have not been located. According to Lydia's gravestone, she had 8 sons, 11 daughters, currently missing 2 sons. One might be Laban Ripley, m. 1793 Nancy Stone, and d. Jaffrey, NH 1840, his age at death suggesting a birth about 1758, where a gap in siblings exists.
