Will of Lt. Nathan Brigham m. (3) Martha ---, who is named in will dated 1 Jan 1783. Since 2nd wife Hephzibah d. 1748, this all suggests this marriage in 1750-1 was his. Identity of Martha Gleason not known, only one found in surrounding towns was b. 23 Dec 1734, so just 16 at time of marriage to a much older man, which is probably why original author assumed she married the son. [Note: Source:Brigham, Willard Irving Tyler. History of the Brigham Family : A Record of Several Thousand Descendants of Thomas Brigham the Emigrant, 1603-1653, Vol. 1, p. 130, names her as the first wife of the son though he would only be 19, just about 20, at the time of the marriage.]
