    EMMA NARAMORE

    Rockford, Ill., Nov. 11, -- Funeral services for Mrs. Emma McFarland Naramore, 70, 1141 North Main Street, who died early Saturday at Rockford hospital, will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday at Burpee-Wood funeral home, 420 North Main Street. Dr. John Gordon, pastor of Second Congregational Church, will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

    The former Emma Francis was born April 18, 1870, in Winnebago and married Chester A. McFarland of Rockford, who died in July 1926. In June 1935, she married Milton O. Naramore of Evanston, who died two years ago.

    Mrs. Naramore was a charter member of the Mendelssohn club and was known as a choral member at Court Street Methodist Church and director of the choir of State Street Baptist Church.

    Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Louis Wells, Pecatonica; three nieces, Mrs. Stanley Hobson and Mrs. Maurice Owens of Rockford, and Mrs. Dan Owens, Pecatonica, and two nephews Chester and Lester Francis of Freeport.

    MILTON O. NARAMORE

    Milton O. Naramore, formerly a resident of Lena, passed away in Evanston Sunday afternoon. Funeral services will be held in Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago, Wednesday.

    Mr. Naramore was a son of the late Dr. W. T. Naramore, at one time one of the prominent citizens of Lena. He was principal of the Winnebago schools in 1890 later going to Evanston where he engaged in the practice of law. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Frances McFarland, Rockford.
