The 22 July 1856, after the publication of one marriage bann in this parish as well as in that of St-Rémi, Napierville, without impediment or opposition, the dispensation of two banns having been obtained from Mgr Pierre Billandèle, Grand Vicar of the Bishop of Montreal, I the undersigned priest, authorized to that effect, having received the mutual verbal consent of the two parties present, of Casimir Lefebvre, clerk-merchant, domiciled in this parish, minor son of Jean Étienne Lefebvre and of deceased Adélaïde Poisson of St-Rémi on the one part, and of Caroline Price, minor d/o Samuel Price, merchant-grocer, and Henriette Guernon of this parish on the other part, have married them according to the laws and customs in observance in the Holy Church in the presence of Mary Jane Price, sister of the bride, of Jean Baptiste Sancer, undersigned with the spouses, and Étienne Lefebvre, father of the groom who declared he could not sign.
