Marriage was witnessed by Elmer Phillips and Louise M. Born. Clergyman was M. B. Morris. Her name was spelled "Forrst May" on the marriage license.

Elmer was Gaga Derr's cousin but I haven't been able to find out who Louise Born was. Census records say she was born in Illinois and her father, William Born, born in Germany. Mother unknown.
