    Deeds in 1698 to "my youngest son Samuel Weeks", which he reserves for "my now wife Hannah" use of the premises. A receipt to the executors of estate of James Cock says "Whereas Hannah Forman alias Hannah Weekes, did in ye lifetime of Moses Forman her husband, late of Oysterbay, deceased, ...". Also, deed, "Jan. 15, 1714. Joseph Weekes, Senr. of the Township of Oysterbay, in consideration of love and good will, I doe bear to my loving friend Hannah Weekes, give and grant unto said Hannah Weekes formerly wife of Moses Forman and daughter of William and Ann Crooker, decd. to her and her heirs, &, all my household goods of every kind."
