    State of South Carolina, County of Dillon.  Whereas, It has been made to appear to me, EARL R. ALFORD, Judge of Probate for Dillon County, upon oath, that Joseph A. Vidunas of Kingston PA, and Lois Howell of Goldsboro, NC are legally capacitated to contract matrimony, and their ages are respectively 30 years, and 21 years; and their race is white, and their nationality is American.
    These are, therefore, to authorize any person qualified to perform marriage ceremonies to perform the marriage ceremony for the persons above named, and for so doing this shall be sufficient warrant.
    Given under my Hand and Seal this 19th day of November A.D. 1941:  EARL R. ALFORD.
