4. Rebecca PATTEN. Born in 1755/1758. Rebecca died in Nicholas County, Kentucky after 1825; she was 70.

On September 18, 1783 when Rebecca was 28, she married Joseph McCLINTOCK, son of Joseph McCLINTOCK (1701-ca1799) & Elizabeth TORRENCE (-1758), in Pennsylvania. Born in 1744 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Joseph died in Nicholas County, Kentucky in 1825; he was 81.

Could this Joseph be related to William Joseph McClintock of Cumberland County, PA?

They had the following children:

i. Joseph. Born in 1784 in Kentucky. Joseph died in Kentucky in 1846; he was 62.

ii. William. Born in 1786 in Kentucky.

iii. Thomas. Born about 1788. Thomas died about 1840; he was 52.

On May 18, 1812 when Thomas was 24, he married Rebecca HOLIDAY, daughter of William HOLIDAY (1755-1811) & Martha PATTON (3) (1754-1816). Born on September 19, 1791 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Rebecca died in 1849; she was 57.

iv. John. Born in 1790. John died in 1840; he was 50.

Elizabeth married John PATTON, son of John PATTON (8) (1769-1816) & Susanna McCUNE (1774-ca1814). Born in 1801. John died in 1848; he was 47.
