[According to Source:Richard Warren of the Mayflower and his descendants for four generations, p. 20, there is no evidence that any Little family lived in Cambridge. So "of Cambridge" is thought to be an error, even though Source:Savage, James, A Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers of New England, p. 3:99, created a separate entry for Thomas Little of Cambridge who "had d. Patience .. and any thing else is not kn."]
